RETURNS POLICY

You may return any product purchased online within seven days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labelling must be attached/returned in good condition also.

The package must be couriered, not sent by domestic NZ Post, as we are not registered to accept postal deliveries. Failure to send the parcel correctly may result in losses or delays to refunds that Goldie Girl cannot take liability for.

RETURNS PROCESS

In order for us to process your return, please fill out the return form below prior to returning your items. This information will be useful for your personal stylist in the future – and will speed up the returns process for you. Once we receive your return we will source a replacement where possible and will advise you when it’s on it’s way.

Please be descriptive as possible. If you received multiple items, please state your reason for return per item.

POSTAGE OF RETURNS

Goldie Girl does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages, and we cannot cover the cost of lost or damaged items. It is advised that when delivering returns or exchanges, customers must choose a courier service that provides tracking, and not use New Zealand domestic post services.

Return shipping fees, duties, tax or any additional delivery fees are not covered by Goldie Girl and are at the customer’s expense.

Please ensure that when parcels are sent back to us, they MUST be sent via courier and not domestic post.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Getting the right fit is important to us at Goldie Girl.
If you wish to exchange an item please email us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchange. Once your item has been received, your new item will be sent to you within five working days. We will advise you of the item’s tracking
number and expected arrival date.

Once we have received your item your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five working days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.
