You may return any product purchased online within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labelling must be attached/returned in good condition also.
In order for us to process your return, please fill out our return form prior to returning your items. This information will be useful for your personal stylist in the future – and will speed up the returns process for you.
Once we receive your return we will source a replacement where possible and will advise you when it’s on it’s way.
Shop orders will be sent within 48 hours.
Your order will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours.
When checking out, please supply us with a physical address where there is someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9–5 weekdays. (This could in some cases be your place of work).
We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped which will include your tracking number. Please note that we do not take responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver’s end or courier delays, as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
